Elegant Tea Sets Add Graceful Charm: Appreciating the Landscape Style in the Exquisite Tea Set Collection
I. Preparation
- Selecting Tea Leaves: Choose suitable tea leaves according to personal taste and preference, such as green tea, black tea, oolong tea, Pu'er tea, etc. Different types of tea may vary in brewing methods and water temperature.
- Preparing Tea Sets: You can use the exquisite tea set in the picture, including a teapot, tea cups, etc. Ensure that the tea sets are clean and free of any odors.
II. Warming the Utensils
- Warming the Teapot: Pour hot water into the teapot, gently shake the teapot to make the body evenly heated, and then pour out the water. This step can increase the temperature of the teapot, which helps to better stimulate the aroma of the tea leaves.
- Warming the Tea Cups: Pour hot water into the tea cups, rotate the cups to make the cup walls heated, and then pour out the hot water. This can keep the tea cups at a certain temperature and avoid the sudden drop in temperature after the tea leaves are poured in, which may affect the taste.
III. Adding Tea Leaves
Add an appropriate amount of tea leaves according to the size of the teapot and personal taste. Generally, the ratio of tea leaves to water is approximately 1:50, but the specific ratio can be adjusted according to the type of tea and personal preference. For example, for tender green tea, the amount of tea leaves can be slightly less; while for oolong tea, etc., the amount of tea leaves may be relatively more.
IV. Brewing
- Adding Water: Select the appropriate water temperature according to the type of tea. For example, green tea is generally brewed with water at 75 - 85℃, and black tea and oolong tea can be brewed with water at 90 - 100℃. Pour the water slowly along the wall of the teapot to avoid directly hitting the tea leaves, so as not to damage the shape and taste of the tea leaves.
- Soaking Time: The soaking time also varies depending on the type of tea. Green tea has a relatively short soaking time, usually 1 - 2 minutes; black tea is soaked for 3 - 5 minutes; oolong tea has a relatively long soaking time, which may require 3 - 7 minutes or even longer. Pu'er tea and other dark teas may need a longer soaking time to fully release their flavors.
V. Pouring the Tea
- Evenly Pouring the Tea Soup: Pour the brewed tea soup into a fairness cup to make the tea soup even. This can ensure that the taste and concentration of each cup of tea are consistent.
- Dividing the Tea: Then evenly divide the tea soup in the fairness cup into each tea cup for guests or oneself to enjoy.
VI. Adding More Water
If you need to continue brewing tea, you can pour hot water into the teapot again and follow the above steps. However, generally speaking, after multiple brews, the taste of the tea will gradually become weaker, and you can decide the number of times to add more water according to personal taste.
Brewing tea is an art that requires continuous practice and experimentation to brew a cup of good tea with mellow taste and rich aroma. At the same time, during the process of brewing tea, you can also quietly enjoy the tranquility and pleasure brought by this process.
